John Geraci – Chief Customer Officer, TraderTools
Before joining TraderTools in 2010, John was focused on helping VC-backed companies in the Financial Technology arena to achieve growth, profitability and scale. In addition to serving on the board of FolioDynamix, John was an active board member for Edgetrade, an EMS company successfully sold to Knight Capital, and has assisted SciVantage and Correctnet with sales and marketing strategies. Previously, John was EVP of global field operations at Advent Software, where he increased the company’s “Geneva product line” clients from 13 to over 50, and grew associated license revenues by over 70%. He holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Emory University. John has been, and remains, an active member of the TraderTools Board since November 2009.
Don Hebb – Chairman & Founding Partner, ABS Capital
Don is the Chairman and Founding Partner of ABS Capital Partners. Prior to founding ABS Capital in 1990, Don spent more than 20 years with Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated, where he was President and CEO from 1986 to 1991. In 1986, he took Alex. Brown public. He was the principal architect of Alex. Brown’s innovative industry-specific investment banking units, launching the firm’s health care, technology, and media and communications investing groups. He also led its Investment Banking Division before becoming CEO. These focused industry groups became the firm’s hallmark and brought it to a position of national prominence among Wall Street investment banks. The firm brought hundreds of growth companies to the public markets under his leadership and he developed a keen sense of the capabilities required of high quality management teams, as well as an understanding of how institutional investors and strategic buyers value these companies through varying market cycles. While running Alex. Brown, a growth company itself, Don encountered many of the management issues that his portfolio company CEOs often face. He holds degrees from Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School and Kenyon College.
Aron Miodownik – Managing Director, Cambrian Consulting
Aron is chairman of the board for FolioDynamix and a managing director with Cambrian Consulting. A senior business and technology executive with twenty years of experience in Financial Services, Aron has operated in COO, CAO and CIO roles at Merrill Lynch and UBS, and previously spent eight years with Accenture in its strategic services group. Aron has experience managing international roles in sales, research, equities, operations, technology and risk. He has a successful track record in business strategy, acquisition management, alliance strategy, VC investing and business restructuring. In addition to serving as chairman for FolioDynamix, Aron was the chairman of CorrectNet from 2007-2011, and is currently a board member for SciVantage.

Chris Sugden – Managing Partner, Edison Ventures
Chris joined Edison Ventures in 2002 and was named Managing Partner in January 2009. He is a successful entrepreneur, experienced in finance, business strategy, product management, sales, marketing and capital formation. His financial and operating perspectives from start-up to growth stage make him a valuable asset to portfolio company management. Chris is Chairman of Edison Venture’s investment committee, and he leads Edison’s largest industry segment in financial technology and services. Chris has deep domain and investment expertise in payments, capital markets and wealth management segments. He currently serves as a Director of eight Edison portfolio companies. Prior to joining Edison, Chris held executive positions with Princeton eCom, directed finance and operations for two start-ups, and held management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chris is a certified public accountant and a member of the Department of Finance and Accounting External Advisory Boards at Michigan State University. He holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Cal Wheaton – General Partner, ABS Capital
Cal is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners. Prior to joining ABS Capital in 2003, Cal served as a Vice President in Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown’s Health Care Investment Banking Group. As an investment banker, Cal worked closely with client companies to prepare and execute private equity capital raises, initial public offerings, high-yield and convertible debt issuances, and mergers and acquisitions. This role required him to act as the key advisor to the senior management team, analyze the specific business and industry, focus on and highlight the company’s key strengths and differentiators, understand the competitive landscape, and prepare for an exit – all areas where he regularly advises portfolio companies today. In total, Cal has over nine years of investment banking experience with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown & Sons and Kidder, Peabody & Co. In addition to FolioDynamix, Cal is involved and has worked with several other ABS Capital portfolio companies, including Liquidity Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:LQDT), Payformance Corporation and Brandywine Senior Care. He holds degrees from The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and Colby College.
